Mr. Deven Rameshkumar Patel
Mr. Deven Rameshkumar Patel is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in Mechanical Engineering and over three decades of diversified business leadership. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1993 with the establishment of a granite export enterprise that successfully supplied markets across the USA, GCC countries, Australia, and Southeast Asia. In recognition of his exceptional export performance, he was honored with the Presidential Award for highest granite exports in India for two consecutive years (1994 and 1995).
Over the years, Mr. Patel strategically expanded his business portfolio to address the growing global demand for building materials, including ceramics, sanitaryware, natural and engineered stones, and doors. His ventures have served international markets with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
In the real estate and industrial development sector, he has led several impactful projects across Gujarat. A landmark achievement includes the acquisition and transformation of a 363,000 sq. yd. industrial property in Ahmedabad, reflecting his ability to identify opportunity, create value, and execute large-scale developments with vision and precision.

Managing Director
Mr. Arth Deven Patel
Mr. Arth Patel represents the new generation of leadership at P&B Pharmaceuticals Limited, combining advanced scientific training with entrepreneurial ambition. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University based in Pittsburgh, USA, where he specialized in cutting-edge drug delivery systems and protein–polymer conjugates, strengthening his foundation in translational pharmaceutical research.
With hands-on experience from the United States Pharma industry spanning Research & Development, Formulation Development, Analytical Development, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance, Arth brings a 360-degree understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain. His work includes development of solid and liquid oral dosage forms as well as advanced inhalation therapies such as metered dose inhalers (MDIs), reflecting both technical depth and innovation-driven thinking.
Under his leadership, P&B Pharmaceuticals Limited is evolving into a science-led, quality-focused, and globally oriented enterprise. Arth is driven by a vision to integrate robust manufacturing practices with research-backed innovation, ensuring that every product reflects safety, efficacy, and trust.
